Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department

Human Resources Department provides top management and secretariat services within the scope of administrative affairs and ensures that the meetings of the related institutions (TOBB, BPMF, TURKONFED etc.), where the CEO of the Association serves as the President and Vice President, are followed up, the meeting agenda and file are prepared, the meeting minutes are written and the decisions adopted at these meetings are conveyed to the relevant units. Within the scope of human resources affairs, the Department ensures the follow up of the OSH legislation and implementation of the provisions related to the labor law at the workplace. Personnel affairs, discipline, health and performance assessments of the employees are carried out on a regular basis. Internal communication, keeping records of incoming and outgoing documents, follow-up of the information processing works of the Association are among the duties of the Department.
