Orientation Training in the Cement Sector Successfully Completed

The “Orientation Training in the Cement Sector,” organized biennially by TÜRKÇİMENTO ACADEMY and covering every aspect of the cement industry from A to Z, was successfully completed with its final sessions held on June 20, 2025. The special program, which began on June 11, 2025, featured expert trainers from TÜRKÇİMENTO and industry professionals. A total of 35 young engineers with 1 to 4 years of experience in the sector participated in the training.  

Conducted over 9 intensive days, including weekends, the training was delivered through both in-person and online sessions.

As part of the program, participants had the opportunity to visit the TÜRKÇİMENTO R&D Institute and the Quality and Environment Board laboratories, where they could directly engage with experts. The training covered not only the latest prominent topics in the sector but also fundamental subjects that new engineers need to know, providing an interactive learning environment led by experienced instructors in each field.  

The training process was observed to be highly productive, thanks to the strong interest and active participation of the attendees.
