During the January–November period of 2025, cement production increased by 9.4% compared to the same period of the previous year. In the first eleven months of 2025, approximately 16.3% of the cement produced was exported. Compared to the previous year, domestic sales rose by 8.0% and cement exports increased by 15.0% during the January–November period of 2025.

Following a growth of approximately 9% in 2024, the sector entered 2025 with increases in both the domestic market and exports. However, in February and March, production and domestic sales declined due to the base effect. Sales recovered in April. In May, the highest domestic sales volume in history was reached. The sector continued to grow over the following five months. In November, production and domestic sales recorded double-digit growth.

On a regional basis, domestic sales declined in the Marmara and Aegean regions.
